Time to tackle the newsquiz

Last week's newsquiz was obviously a bit tougher than usual with a few regular quizzers posting below average scores. Several didn't make it on to the leaderboard. The top solo scorer was George Mann with a score of 21 ahead of Johnny Jenkins on 20, Jo Wadsworth and Robert Rea on 19, Toby Brown on 17 and Gavin Devine on 14. The Global Newsroom with Alicia Edwards, Tim Humphrey, Lucinda Horsley and Rachel Gerish was the top team with 22. The Red Lion drinkers Kevin, Amanda, Pete and Les scored 19 as did Maura and Phil Parsons and Bruce and Sarah Hayward scored 16. Here is this week's newsquiz. Give it a go and let me know your score.
