It's time to tackle the newsquiz

There were some good scores and plenty of personal bests in last week’s newsquiz. The top solo scorers were Marion Fountayne and Marguerite Turner with 22. Six people, Liz Gerard, Janet Boyle, Robert Rea, Stuart Bagnall, Toby Brown and Hannah Tomes, scored 21. Ed Mortimer and Ian Watt scored 20, Rob Lawrence 18, Jayme Bryla 17, Patrick Phelvin 16 and Jem Condliffe and Peter Cockerill 15. The top team was Maura and Phil Parsons with 24, ahead of Bruce and Sarah Hayward 23, Tony Smith and Mrs S and Adam Batstone and Lucy Thorpe 21, Neil and Jo Benson 20 and Thom and Rosie 16.
