Have a crack at the newsquiz

The top solo scorer in last week’s newsquiz was Marguerite Turner with 21, ahead of Jayme Bryla on 19, Robert Rea on 18, Stuart Bagnall on 17 and Toby Brown on 16. The top team was the Party in the Port gang of Trevor, Carole, Our Peter, Joe and Sarah with a personal best of 19, just ahead of Phil and Maura Parsons on 17.5. Tony Smith’s family, Joe and Lou Hart and Bruce and Sarah Hayward all scored 17. There were also plenty of below average scores, suggesting the quiz was a bit of a toughie. Here is this week’s newsquiz. As usual there are 25 questions about the week. Give it a go and let me know your score.
