First newsquiz of 2023

The top solo scorer in last week’s newsquiz was Janet Boyle with 21 just ahead of Marguerite Turner on 20, George Mann on 18 and Robert Rea on 16. The top team was Maura and Phil Parsons with a score of 22, ahead of Sarah and Bruce Hayward and Adam Batstone and Lucy Thorpe who scored 19. Here is the first newsquiz of 2023.
