The top scorer in last week’s newsquiz was George Mann with 24, just ahead of Janet Boyle on 23, Robert Rea on 20 and Josh Haining on 18. The top team was the Barnard Castle FOC of Trevor, Carole, Our Peter and Jackie with a score of 23, just ahead of Bill and Sue (aided by Bella) and the Smiths with David, Gillian, Alex and Leigh both on 22, Phil and Maura Parsons and Adam Batstone with Ben and Bella both scored 21 and the Waterworks Warriors of Thom, Anna and Dale scored 17.
