30,000 pigs? Someone's telling porkies ...
Here's a newspaper correction to make you smile. How the story went in the first place is the key question. Probably a classic copytaking error '30 sows and' becomes '30 thousand'. And then a sub who forgot the simple rule - visualise what happened in the story. Hat tip to @HeathC

Brilliant misprint in our paper from 10 years ago that is still talked about. An article extolling the virtues of breastfeeding for new mums was meant to have the headline "Breast is Best"... but we forgot the 'r'. Oops.
